Michelle Pfeifer - Biografia

Nació el 29 de abril de 1958 en Santa Ana, California (Estados Unidos). Se graduó en el Fountain Valley School en 1976, y asistió un año al West College, donde estudió para ser reportera. Fue elegida Miss Orange Country cuando saltó a la fama. Cursó estudios de interpretación en el Beverly Hills Playhouse. Su primer papel protagonista fue en la película "Grease 2". Durante los años 80 demostró un amplio registro en películas como The Witches of Eastwick (1988), junto a Jack Nicolson, Cher y Susan Sarandon, Married to the Mob (1988), Dangerous Liaisons (1988), con Glen Glose y John Malkovich, y The Fabulous Baker Boys (1989). Otras de sus películas destacables son: The Russia House (1990) con Sean Connery, Frankie and Jonnhy(1991), con Al Pacino, Batman Returns (1992), Wolf (1993), Dangerous Minds (1995), nand One Fine Day (1996) con George Clooney. En 1997 se inició en la producción con adaptaciones de Jane Smiley´s, A Thousand Acres y Jacquelyn Mitchard´s, The Deep End of the Ocean. Se casó en 1981 con el actor y director Peter Horton, conocido por la serie "Treinta y tantos". Tras el divorcio en 1989, se unió sentimentalmente con el también actor Fisher Stevens y se la relacionó con Eric Clapton, Kevin Costner, Michael Keaton, John Malkovich, Al Pacino, Fisher Stevens y Kiefer Sutherland. Recibió los siguientes premios: BAFTA, Festival de Cine de Berlín, Blockbuster, Golden Globe, Los Angeles Film Critics, National Board of Review, National Society of Film Critics, New York Film Critics Circle, Festival de Verona, Crystal.
